Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used hair food products.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your item is defective upon arrival

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Allergic reactions to listed ingredients

  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided

All ingredients are clearly displayed on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase.

3. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
